Katy has been a dietitian since 2006, and she is currently working in the outpatient diabetes & nutrition office at Swedish Edmonds. She enjoys working with patients across the spectrum of health. She believes in a patient centered approach to find individualized lifestyle habit changes to help meet long term health goals. In her "spare" time Katy is a mom of 2 boys, and enjoys running, traveling, and cooking.
