Everyone from the receptionist, MA, and Dr. Musco were very kind and professional. The appointment went smoothly. All of the staff were attentive and explained things in ways I can understand. The plan of care was clear and Dr. Musco was very prepared and explained the next steps clearly. He had excellent bedside manner and was very kind and professional. He put my mind at ease and I could tell he really cared and practicing medicine was not just a job for him but his calling. I will definitely recommend IHI and St. Pat's to friends and family. Dr Musco was able to fit me into a full schedule and spend almost an hour discussing my complicated type of atrial fibrillation. He went through 5 written questions in detail and we achieved a "shared decision making process" that I thought was remarkable. I am very grateful that he is my cardiologist. I am a retired internist and have never had a fellow physician explain issues and answer specific question so well.
