About Blair D. Halperin

Board Certified in cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology, Dr. Halperin moved to Oregon in 1984. He began his cardiology training at Oregon Health & Science University, and completed his fellowship at the University of Colorado in Denver. He returned to Portland, where he spent seven years on faculty at OHSU. In 1997 he left OHSU and joined Dr. Oseran at St. Vincent Medical Center's Arrhythmia Center.
