About Scott C. Brancato
Dr. Scott Brancato began his career as a chemical engineer but soon realized he wanted to apply his problem-solving and technical skills in a medical field with direct patient impact. He discovered the ideal blend of analytical thinking and personal care in cardiac electrophysiology, a specialty that focuses on complex heart rhythm disorders with treatments that can immediately transform patients’ quality of life. In his cardiology practice, Dr. Brancato manages the full spectrum of heart rhythm conditions, including atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, and bradycardia. He has performed more than 6,000 cardiac electrophysiology procedures, including over 2,000 atrial fibrillation ablations and more than 3,000 pacemaker and defibrillator implants. His background as a medical director and clinical research leader ensures patients receive the most current evidence-based treatments. Dr. Brancato finds deep satisfaction in helping patients reclaim their vitality after years of living with fatigue, palpitations, and shortness of breath. He partners closely with patients to help them understand their conditions, empowering them to make confident treatment decisions. Nothing rewards him more than seeing patients after successful procedures, finally feeling like themselves again.
