My experiences have all been fine. It does seem to take a while to get an appt with a specialist.

For eight years, my husband and I have traveled about 160 miles with each roundtrip to the Cherry Hill Campus for my heart health because we believe we can trust this clinic to give me the best care. Dr. David Rosenthal's diagnostics and treatment plans always represent a physician/patient partnership that has proved to be successful. It is so refreshing to have a doctor who advocates for his patients! His support staff - the nurses, device technicians and receptionists - are courteous and very competent. I travel to Swedish for Imaging and testing as well. There is a quality of care at Swedish that outshines what other corporations offer. Patients look for knowledgeable and skillful medical care, but trust Is built when Integrity, respect and compassion are evident as well. I am grateful for this clinic's efforts to protectively monitor and care for my heart and Its pacing.

Dr. Rosenthal and his staff are the best I have ever had.

The doctor is outstanding. He is one of the most caring doctor's I've seen (& I'm 71!). He listens carefully, treats me with respect, and provides clear explanations of everything. The only drawback of the whole practice is I'd prefer if everyone was required to mask. Why chance getting sick at a place where everyone has cardiac issues?

All good. Dr. Rosenthal listens and explains. He uses regular English or he explains what a technical term means. He is easy to understand. He asks if I have any other questions or concerns before we are finished. Very satisfying!

Detailed information about possible treatments was shared in easy to understand ways. How to prepare, what to expect as to time required for procedures, recovery and the chances for full recovery. The possible need for further procedures was also explained. Questions were allowed and there was no rushing me to allow the doctor to head off to his next patient.
