About Anne E. Tsuchiyama
Anne first attended UCLA where she received a bachelor degree in psychology and business. Being interested in healtcare and working with people, she went on to receive an additional bachelor degree in the health field at St. Louis University and completed board certification as a physician assistant. She chose to become a physician assistant because she enjoyed educating patients and wanted to help provide thorough health care. In addition to working in primary care, she has worked at UCLA in the hospital setting helping diabetic and hyperglycemic patients with their blood sugar control. Anne is currently working in endocrinology and specializes in diabetic treatment and education. In her spare time, Anne likes to jog, travel, spend time with her family and friends, and would like to become a better cook.

Anne is a PA and my primary doctor is someone different. Anne was kind enough to authorize an appointment with a GI specialist to address my inconstancy and yet she is who I see regarding my diabetes. That was very helpful. She was able to change my medication from Ozempic to Januvia and hopefully that helps, but I always prefer speaking with my primary doctor. My experiences have always been good. My only frustrations are getting appointments with the specialists in a timely manner because usually when my caregiver tries to set them up, they're 2-3 months out.
