Anne is a PA and my primary doctor is someone different. Anne was kind enough to authorize an appointment with a GI specialist to address my inconstancy and yet she is who I see regarding my diabetes. That was very helpful. She was able to change my medication from Ozempic to Januvia and hopefully that helps, but I always prefer speaking with my primary doctor. My experiences have always been good. My only frustrations are getting appointments with the specialists in a timely manner because usually when my caregiver tries to set them up, they're 2-3 months out.

It was a very informative meeting with Anne Tsuchiyama, PA. She was a great help with information on how to control my diabetes and figuring out my medication. I did have to wait longer than 30mins in the room, but she explained and apologized for the wait. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
