I have really valued and enjoyed my nearly decades long provider patient relationship with Jennifer Mercado. I think she's very knowledgable, thorough and meticulous as well as warm and easy to talk to.

Jennifer was exceptional during my first and only visit with her. She had obviously studied my medical history. For over an hour we duscussed all aspects of my condition. She answered all my questions. She was respectful and compassionate. It was one of the best medical appointments I have ever had.

Was a thorough visit, covered a lot of of topics options, medicine, etc.

Jennifer Mercado spent a great deal of time reviewing my medical records, history and developed a holistic view of the care I was there to receive along with concurring with my primary care doctor. She reviewed my adenoma history in a much more detailed manner with me than others on my provider care team. I am extremely confident in the care she provided me and have no hesitation in recommending her to other patients.

This is the best provider I have ever had! I have very complex medical issues and Jen had always done everything she could to help me and to take care of me. I've been with her 8 years and really hope to be with her many more. I tell everyone in the rare disease community how informed she is and how rare she is because she actually cares about the patient. You just don't find that in the medical world anymore unfortunately. I will refer her to anyone I know she can help. I can't say enough good things and her! I hope Swedish treats her well so she'll stay here!

Jen Mercado is the best provider I have seen for any health condition. She listens and shows empathy, and she is knowledgeable and explains complex issues in a very understandable way.

There's nothing wrong with Swedish, it's all about the testing results for my particular health issue and happiness that has slowed the results to getting better both emotionally and physically.

Ms Mercado has saved my life a few times. She is fantastic as a person as well as a medical professional.

Ms. Mercado is a very thorough and thoughtful provider. I appreciate the care she has provided as she is mitigated a number of my problems. However my current level of care is going to be met by my PCP due to the difficulties of traveling to Seattle for appointments. I hope to be able to return to swedish endocrinology should I ever become insulin dependent because I'm going to want more advice than I believe my PCP can give on the insulin dosing times and insulin types.
