Great doctor

This provider is excellent and one of reasons I continue with Providence. One of the few reasons.

I am so glad I have Dr Mulford to support me.

All went well except for the parking.

I see this provider every six months for routine checkups regarding my thyroid condition and to reorder labs relavent to my Rx drug Prolia and for her to ok and schedule Prolia to be given to me at local infusion center. My primary care doctor is Nader Noorian.

The office forgot to schedule an ultrasound so we hurried and got an appt for that so the Dr had something to chat with me about and share results. They made the appt with her, but not for the test.

I have seen Dr Mulford for several years and she has always been consistent In her approach, advice, and helpfulness.

My provider was disrespectful toward me. Didn't fully answer questions and snapped at me. I told her I was also not sleeping well and feeling anxious, but blew that off without any help. Had abnormal blood work come back on my chart and she seemed pretty upset I looked at it and said it was fine. Tried blaming on labcorp putting it in wrong without an explanation. I left there feeling pretty upset, and as I was leaving she blamed her behavior on a migraine. Shouldn't be at work if she cannot handle the patient with a little more respect! Looking for another endrocrinologist.
