Dr. Liwanpo is an excellent endocrinologist.

I stayed with my doctors and the nurses and the staff because they are essentially St. Joseph's teams. And my wife and I have rec'd the best of care from those folks.

I'm very pleased with her approach to my care

I love Dr Liwanpo. She makes me feel like I'm the most important patient. She always has something that helps when I have a problem or question. I have great confidence in her.

She lessens and explains every single things in detail.

She's better than several Endocrinologists I have seen. I am looking for an alternative to meds and she is not interested. A bit forceful on that point. Had one separate issue I want her help with but no response. I am struggling with whether to move forward with her. She is better than several Endocrinologists.

Dr. Liwanpo responded to the fact that during the visit my blood sugar was a little low. She ordered some glucose tablets that brought it up to a threshold which she believed was safe enough for me to drive home. She also instructed me carefully on the use of my medication and equipment so that I could make improvements to my care. This is a good example of going above and beyond just routine care that keeps me a member of her practice.

I always have a good experience with Dr. Liwanpo. She always answer my questions in layman's term. She always takes time to explain my questions. She gave her full attention.

She was 45 minutes late for my appointment! During the appointment she didn't seem to care for what I have to say. She wasn't just rushing out for her next appointment! She appeared to be in a rush and not friendly!

She provides helpful analysis of my glucose data to include me in medical decision-making and I feel confident I'm doing the best I can for my health.

Dr Liwonpo always makes sure she is up to date on my medical records and is very attentive to the updates in my health conditions. I am able to ask questions and engage in very intelligent discussions about my ongoing health care. She is professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. I always look forward to my appointments with her.

I arrived for my appointment at 4:00pm. And checked in early like I was asked to do because I was Dr. Liwanpo's last patient of the day! However, I was waiting until close to 4:45pm.-5:00pm. Until a nursing assistant came and got me to go and get my weight and blood pressure taken, and then however as soon as the nursing assistant left me in the exam room it was a very quick wait until Dr. Liwanpo came into the exam room for my appointment! There were some things that I had said and explained to her and that she was very patient and kind and apoligetic to how I felt about what I was able to tell her and she took the time to listen to what I had to say, I didn't get the chance to say everything that I wanted to and I didn't get the chance to ask the questions that I wanted to, however I do know that I was her last patient of the day and I was having trouble talking clearly up to a point and I spent I while telling her some things, and that she also needed to give me feed back on my blood lab results and stuff, and that she also has personal stuff and things that go on outside of her time in the office with her patients that she should be able to also do and enjoy and shouldn't spend hours with each patient in a day! Maybe next time on/at my virtual appointment on August [Date] I can ask her the questions that I wanted to ask her if I happen to still remember at the time of my appointment! Over all my vissits are always pretty good with her except the waiting from the time I check in until she comes into the exam room can be a long/pretty long wait! I would recommend her to people!

Dr. Liwanpo has kept very good track of my Thyroid issue and provided excellent care since my complete Thyroidectomy in February 2018. The surgery was because of the presence of Thyroid cancer. Dr. Liwanpo is an excellent Endocrinologist in my opinion!
