Laura and her staff is the best example of how health care providers should treat their patients. She is the best and most knowledgeable health care professional I have ever had at Providence. I don't feel like it was a waste of time or money during my appointments with her.

This was my first examination of many future examinations with Laura. I felt she was very professional, and informative about my current and future health care. Previously I had several appointments with Doctor Brumley and now that my condition has improved and is under control, I will continue to be seen by Laura C. I am extremely comfortable with the health care I have received and will continue to be confident with my future health care I will receive with Laura C.

I would like to add that I find the Nurse Practitioner Laura to be a great experience. I am as happy with her as our previous doctor, but I will admit I miss Dr Davis very much.

Entire staff (reception, MA and provider) were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Very quick to see me and get my appt made. They are very flexible and easy to work with. I feel my medical needs are in very safe hands.

Routine diabetic follow up appt.All issues & concerns discussed.Caring, comforting, interest.

My visit was a regularly scheduled check up. We discussed my upcoming surgery and answered my questions on how I dosed my insulin pre-op and what not to do re other suggested pre -op instructions about drinking juice before my surgery. I value her expertise. I always learn something about diabetes during a visit.

First time she asked to check my feet while in the office also made sure I was keeping track of my blood sugar .

Laura is exceptional !!! I have more confidence in her than I have had in previous doctors.I was able to get my husband (also [ID], but late onset) into her care. He is impressed also. Don't let this one get away !!!!!

Laura provides excellent care and knows what she is doing. She is extremely knowledgeable and listens to concerns and provides answers. She has recommendations and finds solutions. I am left with the Impression that she really cares about her patients. There are no "unique health mysteries" unlike with my PCP. MA on this last visit was a rather unfriendly and kind of sour individual, but I shrugged it off and attributed her attitude to work stress. She might have just had a bad day, it happens. All in all, the appointment was a positive experience worth the money paid. Can't say that about all physicians in the group.

My health problems are complicated due to immune problems which is my main problem. All my drs are very good at what they do but there are always problems due to other conditions. I get excellent care but it can be confusing
