I personally feel that she is overworked. The previous appointment the man asked me why I was cancelling my April appointment, and rescheduling and I was having a pain pump replacement the very day only in Kalispell. I don't believe I needed to tell him that. I was calling well in advance like a couple weeks, as soon as I was scheduled for the surgery and I couldn't reschedule that appointment. So it takes 3 month's for an established client to get in. To me that is overworked. I do know the wait time in the lobby is a lot faster as well as inside the room. I'm just say'en thanx
