I'm very satisfied with the care I get from Dr Haffi and have always been seen right on time or early his staff and assistants have always been very nice and courteous to me I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever

He is very up to date on my health care. He discussed long term side effects of my drugs very carefully and thoughtfully. He never made me feel stupid for asking questions. He was never dismissive. He is intelligent, kind and caring.

Doctor Hafi is an excellent caring professional. He always guides me with my clinical care and questions. Regarding Hyperparathyroidism, Hypothyroidism and Osteoporosis He is an excellent Endocrinologist.

Dr. Hafi Is knowledgeable and experienced and even kind.

Dr. Hafi always reviews my diabetes self care using the data from my CGM. He shows me how it compares to previous years. Based on this information he lowered my insulin does. He also reviewed the new one year monitor with me, he explained I was eligible and how I could proceed if I wanted to use it. He reviewed and updated my prescriptions.

Dr. Hafi was intrumental in helping me control my diabetes and am very grateful.

As stated before the television was was scheduled and I received helpful reminders a few days before. Day of appointment I had a call from the staff to finish pre-check in go over any medication changes and concerns then they confirmed the link to the appointment app was sent and I could connect with mic and camera. At the appointed time Dr. Hafi joined the appointment and the resist as they say was history. Great set up I love being able to connect with my endocrine provider via tele-visit rather then having to drive over the mountains everytime.

This was a first-time visit, and I was impressed that Dr. Hafi had actually read my health history prior to our meeting. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. Never Question Dr Hafi and his care. He is a medical genius who knows as I am diabetic what medical care is best for me but also questioned an ancestry in my arm and he recommended I don't wait but get immediate care from my internal specialist, hospital ER or Urgent care. Don't wait for appointment "go "he Said. I did and grateful his recommendation to get immediate care he told me why' as I am diabetic and infections need immediate care.

Dr. Hafi's care team was very quick and thorough. They had all of my information available and processed me through their portal as soon as possible, in fact I had barely sat down in the waiting area and I was being called back to the exam room! Dr. Hafi is always knowledgeable and professional during my appointment. I have never felt that I am being rushed. Another practitioner of mine had once asked for my opinion on Dr. Hafi and I was happy to say how pleased I have been thus far.

I've experienced not being taken seriously or worse, being dismissed. Dr Hafi is a careful, compassionate listener and most importantly, addresses any and all of my concerns. He is a great educator and I have learned a lot about the complexities of my medical conditions and how to mange them. Dr Hafi does a phenomenal job explaining and allowing patients to assist in diabetes management. He provides insight and treatment strategies based on the individual and doesn't make recommendations based on generic medical algorithms which is very refreshing and unfortunately difficult to find in today's healthcare systems

The doctor was respectful even though my condition worsened since the last visit. He was encouraging that minor changes in medications could turn things around.

Dr. Hafi is so encouraging. Yes I see him for diabetes, but he is also mindful of my kind et disease. He sees me as a while person and not just his specialty. .
