Our appointment was very quick. I only got to ask if I could have a cortisol test for my next labs.

Dr. Akmal listens to my questions and doesn't brush me aside.

When I came in I was very unwell, so, I wasn't able to address all that I wanted to. Was admitted to hospital. So, unfortunately, I wasn't able to express everything. But, she was very patient and considerate. Sorry, wasn't in the right space. No problems, though, whatsoever.

I have no complaints other than the distance I have to travel to the clinic. I have found all personnel in addition to the doctor and her staff, very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I wish I could find a primary care team with whom I could be as confident.

I have assembled a fabulous health care team. With my conditions, it Is very Important that I trust all of my doctors. After all, it's only my life that's in their hands!! And thankfully I DO trust all of them to make sure they are doing everything in their power to keep me as healthy as I can be!! Dr. Akmal might only be one cog in my team, but she, in my opinion, saved my life and I am extremely appreciative of her and her staff. She is not allowed to retire until I'm no longer on this planet!! Please let her know that in case I have forgotten to!!

Dr. AKMAL is a special doctor. She cares for me in a relaxing manner. She is very professional. I never worry that my care is less than stellar. She should be cloned. Btw here staff are very good too.

Both her assistant and Dr. Akmal were thoroughly ready to conduct the appointment on time, with all the necessary information at hand. I know that for the area of expertise, endocrinology, Dr. Akmal and her team display the expertise and considered strategy that I expect.

Visit was GREAT. I did not enjoy the video call experience until after Doctor came on and visit commenced.
