About Jaleh M. Rahimi
Dr. Jaleh Rahimi chose family medicine because it allows her to see patients of all ages. “My hope is that I get to work with whole families, from babies to grandparents, as our families and communities influence our health a lot more than an annual visit,” she says. Dr. Rahimi believes her role as a provider is to work with her patients to develop plans for their health that keep them pursuing their goals in life. “I try to balance the science and the art of medicine in the planning process because I recognize every patient has different priorities and goals,” she says.

She was very receptive to my interrupting questions, and answered my questions fully.

Providence Patient
I really appreciate and respect my doctor and have always received very good care with providence. My only reservations are because it is run like a company and it's a big one, with that kind of leadership often the relationship and quality of care diminishes or becomes convoluted with bureaucracy. Medicine must always remain personal and for the benefit of real people never for profit solely.
Providence Patient
I'm grateful to have such a caring team supporting my health.
