She is fantastic. She pays careful attention to my history and is tracking issues as needed. She listens carefully and gets back to me quickly when I have a question. We communicate with my chart which works well for me.

Best doctor I've ever seen. I've never been treated with such a level of respect and felt heard. She is the only reason I go to Providence. I find all other parts of Providence abhorrent. Especially billing. I deal because Dr Yao is so wonderful I can look past the rest, though I hope she changes where she works.

This was my first visit with this practice and doctor. I walked away feeling heard and like a weight had been lifted from me. Ive not had the best experiences with medical providers in the past, but this time was completely different. I LOVE this doctor and her bedside manner. I can tell she's extremely sharp and can empathize. Also, the receptionist I saw on check in and checkout had the best customer service skills in the world. She was extremely gracious and kind. The nursing staff was top tier as well. Very professional and really good to me. I could not have had a better experience all around!

I love Dr. Yau. She is the best listener, answers all of my questions and helps me understand my health. The front office staff is always so nice and complimentary. I really feel taken care of for the first time at a medical office.

I love this doctor. I've had really bad experiences going to the doctor and gives me a lot of anxiety, but this doctor really listens to me and makes me feel hurt and seen. I feel comfortable talking and discussing personal matters with her. Everyone in that office that day was truly amazing. They make me feel welcome and make it a personal experience.

Dr.Yau is by far the best doctor my family and I have ever had. We are so sad to be moving away and know that we will not be able to get the same level of care from such an awesome provider. She really is the best.

My CP is amazing, I love working with her. I've come in for other concerns the last few years and she's always provided me the best care possible. I only see her maybe once or twice a year when something serious is going on. She is always so attentive and empathetic. I'm moving to the countryside soon so I'm really going to miss working with her.

She had sent out several referrals to other specialists for me and it took very little time to get on those schedules. Great service!

My primary care physician is the best I've ever had.

The doctor was comprehensive in deciding which tests were necessary to aid in evaluating causes for my illness.

Dr. Yau is an incredible PCP. She is brilliant and always makes me feel like I'm part of the conversation. I know I'm in great hands whenever I see her. On a side note, I always love her shoes. 10/10 very cute.

My usual doctor was too busy to see me and I was apprehensive that I would end up talking to a doctor that was either rushed or dismissive. I ended up really liking this doctor, though, and I'd happily see her again.

I really enjoy all of the staff at this provider's office. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the doctors, everyone is very kind! Dr. Yau is one of my most favorite healthcare providers. She listens very well, spends the necessary time to talk through each of your concerns, and is genuine and caring. I feel very comfortable around her and am very trusting in her practice. She's great at easing my nervousness about doctor's visits.
