Dr. Johansen and her staff are always kind and attentive. Even when there is no oblivious reason for the symptoms I am having, she orders test to find out what the problem is.

We are new to the practice, and this was our (my husband and I) first visit, and the Dr was very responsive to our needs, with mine in particular she offered options to me that I have never been given before, which made me feel hopeful and in great hands.

The person I was to see got called out for family emergency. Dr Johansen stepped in. Yes it took a little longer for her to come in but she was very helpful. The nurse came in a couple times before she got there to make sure I was ok. I was very pleased with my service and I would recommend her to anybody. Thank you for having such great people.

We found out my son has a rare condition from a specialist in Spokane. Dr Johansen called me personally that same day we found out to check on us as the diagnosis was a big shock and rare. She personally scheduled an appointment for us to come in and see her. She encouraged me to get blood work before the appointment. She made sure to give time and space for all our questions and she had done lots of research on the topic. I always get fast responses via mychart from her or her amazing medical assistant Sydney who we also love to work with. She is an amazing doctor and we are blessed to be under her care. I can tell she really cares and she is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable.
