I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes as a young child. My mother played an integral part in helping me to learn to navigate a normal life with diabetes. When I was 13, I became the patient of a phenomenal pediatric endocrinologist who also has type 1 diabetes and inspired me to go into medicine to help others living with T1D.

Their provider is great as well as the staff all wonderful people. They all get the job done, only scheduling can be an issue which isn't their fault. There are only so many Endo's in this state and they are all very busy. We got off schedule for a moment and the team worked hard to get us back on track, we are very thankful for them.

We can't thank NP Bermudez enough for her exceptional care and support. She went above and beyond, even reaching out to us while we were abroad just to make sure my daughter was doing well. She patiently answered all my questions and helped ease all my worries and anxiety during that time. Her kindness and dedication have made such a difference for our family.
