The administrative people have always been immediately responsive when I have checked in. Dr. Carricaburo is extremely helpful and responsive to all of my health issues. He has gone far beyond what I have asked for or what was expected. An example, I mentioned that I asked him to request a doctor at the AOP clinic due to a possible lower back and hips issue. The next thing that I knew, Dr. Carricaburo had me on the bed, did some of the testing of my back, by lifting and streaching each of my legs and doing some manipulation of each. At the conclusion, he said that I did not require surgery. He forwarded a request to my physical theropist for a specific method of the theropy that I would need. He is amazing, I knew that Dr. Carricaburo was a D O. I did'nt know what the O was so when I got home I looked up on Google what the O was. I must be the luckyest person, in that he has always provided the best health medicine and testing of my body.

Care was good but time to discuss was short.

When I asked Dr. Carricaburu about his opinion on whether I needed a test for prostrate cancer, considering my age and state of current health, he gave me a knowledgeable explanation that was easily understood.He was also familiar with my lab test results and current medications and recommended a change in one medication that might address a shortcoming in its dosage as indicated by my lab test results.

Dr. Caricaburu was very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking medical care

As a new patient, doctor spent a good amount of time with me and all my subsequent referrals to other providers were made immediately.

Dr Carricaburu has been excellent as my general-practice (GP) doctor, aka primary-care physician. My routine visits, such as for an annual physical, go well. My non-routine visits, when I was in need of quick attention, have been quickly-scheduled and have also gone well. For the non-routine medical issues, Dr C did a great job in referring me to specialists within the Providence Anchorage system for quick and improved definition of my issues (two-off in the last six months). The Providence Anchorage "system" has also been excellent in quickly scheduling me for X-rays, CT-scans, etc; and then communicating the results back to me. Dr C follows up said results with interpretation and advice. All in all, I've had a great experience with Dr Carricaburu and the Providence Alaska system.

Dr. Carricaburu, is an excellent doctor who is very empathetic, caring, very knowledgeable providing excellent medical explanations. He allows all the time necessary to assess and listen to his patient. He is a credit to the Providence Health & Services system.
