My primary care physician Dr. Taro Satake always gives me plenty of time and we talk about my diabetes condition and anything else that might come up that I'm having questions about.

Both Providence Primary Care, all staff, and especially Dr. Satake, have been EXCELLENT.

He lustens to me and we have a conversation about what is best option fir me- he doesnt talk "at" me.

Dr Satake is an excellent clinician and very personable. A real asset to the organization. The midtown office always seems a little overwhelmed in the lobby/waiting area between urgent and PMG care.

Dr. Satake is very accommodating and friendly. The staff are also friendly. It is easy to open about medical concerns to Dr. Satake and he explains things clearly and simplifies medical jargon terms.

The annual visit was initiated well in advance, with a phone outreach to schedule the appointment, explain the labs that would be ordered, and advise me on the preparation I should take. Reminders were received and were appropriate. The visit was positive, with a friendly greeting, limited waiting in a bright and clean environment, and an on-time appointment. The medical assistant and Dr. Satake were friendly and professional during all the interactions. Suggestions to continue my positive health outcomes and ways to improve were communicated in a comfortable dialogue.

Dr. Satake , the bone health advisor, nurse, blood test person, and receptionist were all super friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. English Is my second language, but I had no problems communicating with them. Dr. Satake is energetic person, he cares about my health.
