Loved it - fun conversation- good vibes

I waited over an hour from the time of my scheduled appointment. I understand this happens sometimes. This was my very first visit with Dr. Matthews. He was knowledgeable and personable.

I was pleased.

I'm a brand new patient. So the survey is a little skewed for me. But I did go because I had a health issue. I never appreciate a doctor who seems set that he knows what an issue is and ignores other facts that I've given him. He's like other doctors. You give him five pieces of information, and he hones in on one. It ignores other details that you tell him and makes decision based off information, ignoring countering information you've already given.

Dr. Matthews is excellent! He is thorough. Very understanding and compassionate; explains things so the average person understands. He asked if there were any questions I have the utmost respect for him and will recommend him to family and friends.

Excellent care. The lady at desk In Eagle River was wonderful to me. Nurse was kind, listened to me. Asked good questions. Reassured me. Dr was great, listened to me and I felt he really cared.
