Farrah M. Kang, NP

With a lifelong interest in science and a passion for helping others, Farrah pursued a career in healthcare dedicated to improving patients' lives. She began her career as a Registered Nurse, providing care in Medical-Surgical, DOU, and Telemetry settings. During her 11 years in acute care, she developed a strong clinical foundation while caring for patients with a wide range of complex medical conditions. Although she found nursing deeply rewarding, she discovered that her greatest passion was empowering patients through education, preventive care, and meaningful conversations about their health. This realization inspired her to continue her education and become a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Farrah earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, graduating in 2020. Since then, she has gained experience in hospital medicine, internal medicine, primary care, hospice, and urgent care, allowing her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across a variety of healthcare settings. Today, Farrah is committed to helping patients optimize their health, function, and quality of life. She believes the best healthcare is built on partnership, where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their care. She values open communication, mutual respect, lifelong learning, humility, and patient advocacy. By taking the time to understand each patient's unique goals, lifestyle, and concerns, Farrah works collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans that support both immediate health needs and long-term wellness.
