Doan Pham is always great. She's very nice, knowledgeable attentive and helpful. It is very hard to get in to see anyone or talk to anyone when there is an urgent matter. Medical care is very difficult these days for patients to feel like medical staff is available for us.

Foam seemed to listen well to me, but after I told her I already have a mammogram scheduled, she gave me information on how to schedule an appointment. It was in my records that I had an appointment scheduled, but she continued to tell me I need to make an appointment. I thought this was confusing to me.

I love the PA Doan Pham. She always listens to my questions/concerns. Example: I was out of my prescription for Nortriptyline andwas experiencing depression and needed a refill. I went on MyChart asking for a refill and I received a call from another staff member telling me it was to soon to get a refill. I decided to go on MyChart and send a message directlly to Doan explaining my situatuon. She responded immediarely letting me know she had called a refill in for me. She really helped me out, and I felt better after a couple of doses of my medication. She really cares about her patients!

I was very glad to meet Doan to review my blood tests, current medications and discuss blood pressure. I hope to be able to continue to see her along with Dr. Pitzer.

Overall, my experience was fantastic. While I knew I'd be seeing a PA rather than my assigned physician, I had never before seen the PA I actually saw (this was the 3rd PA I'd seen in the last 2 years when attempting to see my actual doctor). The PA I saw was friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. I'd welcome being seen by her again.
