As a family practice physician, I strive to treat all patients with the highest level of compassion, care and understanding. I enjoy caring for patients of all ages. My goal is to provide the exceptional care that all patients deserve.
Dr. Pitzer spends as much time as she can with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys reading, writing, and many outdoor activities.
There is nothing more important to me than the health and safety of your children. As a strong advocate of vaccinations, I believe that ensuring the children who visit our office are fully vaccinated is the single most important thing I can do to keep your children and your community safe. If you choose not to fully vaccinate your child, another physician may be a better fit for your family. This was a new patient visit and I am very impressed. I had a very bad experience previously with another office so I'm glad to have found my new health care provider with Dr. Pitzer!

I don't feel like Dr Pitzer listened to my concerns or gave me helpful advise. I think I am having hormonal issues with period changes, acne, hair loss, itchy dry skin, weight gain loss, I am tired all of the time, have anxiety and trouble sleeping. She recommended I see a cognitive therapist. I understand this will help with anxiety but it felt like she was saying all it was all in my head. She made no other recommendations for my physical issues. I asked for hormonal blood tests and she said that would be a waste of time. She is checking my Thyroid but it's the same test that she ordered last year. I left feeling unheard and frustrated.
