I tried two methods the doctor mentioned to help my shoulder, stretching in the doorway and finger walks up the wall. Both are helping my shoulder feel better I also liked that the doctor mentioned that adding Cinnamon to my Tea probably wasn't enough and I have since purchased cinnamon pills. I'm taking them In hopes of lowering my glucose levels. She also mentioned many Foods that contribute to raising glucose in an attempt to help me improve my diet. Dr Natalie Montoya Garcia is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend her!!

When my husband waited five months(unacceptable) to see a dermatologist and then had to reschedule due to a family emergency. I was then told he had to wait another five months to reschedule his appointment. I called Dr. Dr Montoya Garcia to express my concern and frustration. She may have possibly saved my husband's life by offering to perform a biopsy on his arm which turned out to be Melanoma. Surgeon, Dr. Fischer said she did an excellent job on the biopsy. We are very grateful for her service!
