This visit was awesome. Brook Snow is wonderful. I wish to change my primary doctor to one at this Office. My husband as well. The staff are amazing. The office is a great temperature and receptionist very helpful. They are know how to service e patient in a timely manner. They are an amazing group that work together. I thank you restoring my faith in Providence medical group.

I love dr shahatit and think he's a great and skilled doctor. He always listens to my concerns and helps me every time. The drs practioner was wonderful as well. She helped me with my problem I was having and got rid of it for me. Very satisfied with that whole office.

Snow went over and beyond to help get me several referrals that are extremely important to my current situation. Even called and got me in the next morning for one of them and sent the others as urgent. She even scheduled me for special blood test to help further diagnose my current health concern. One of the greatest experiences I've ever had going to doctor's appointment. And this was very first time she seen me.

Brooke Snow and her assistant are the best of the best. The Apple Valley location is not where I normally go. I was extremely impressed with the care I was given by her and her office.Your other facilities could benefit from their model. I woke up with an infection in my finger. I am diabetic and because infections can get quite serious very quickly I called St Mary's Medical Group to get an appointment. As usual, they did not have anything anytime in the next month, except phone appointments which they always seem to have plenty of and push you towards. Our family is getting frustrated by this practice. After somewhat begging for help with an appointment and being put on hold, I was provided with a same day appointment in Apple Valley .I was very grateful. This location and it's staff are amazing. They are what your practice use to be and I left my appointment feeling blessed.

I really like both of my care providers in this office. They met my needs and explained and understood my concerns. It's easier to get an appointment with mrs. Brooks snow than it is with my primary care though.

I like Dr. Snow, I also liked my previous doctor. The issue is that it takes such an extreme long time to get seen period. When I schedule an appointment the first time, it was months. I got one sooner because of an error. Endocrinologist I won't see until 3 months, cardiologist was about almost 2 months. I liked Dr. Snow better though because she took her time with me, didn't seem rushed, and didn't rush me. She explained everything and answered my questions. She asked questions herself and explained why. I felt heard. With my established person she was okay. My feeling was - she was a bit checked out, like her mind was somewhere else. At one point I felt that I needed to rush. Like she wanted to leave already. There really wasn't many questions to know me and my medical concerns, conditions. It was like, (why are you here tell me so I can move on). She wasn't rude, she just was doing a job and move on. She's my primary and this was my first visit. I actually forgot to tell her something's, because I felt my time was up. Being a woman, and a woman of color there's many concerns for my health and I have so many conditions I would like info. I ask for women doctors because I want to be heard and hope for empathy because we know how women and especially women of color are treated.

Brooke Snow was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt heard and seen by her. I am still waiting on some continuation of care referrals to be processed and Redirects from failed referrals, but she said she would make sure my referrals were handled.

Very good experience for my first time. Provider was great I didn't feel rush at all like I would with my previous doctor. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and family history. Order test to address the concerns I had.

Brooke did a fabulous job in listening to my concerns, repeating them back, and then offering consultation and remedy, and ordered the correct tests, and her office made sure I received them in a super timely manner. She also went above and beyond listening to my fears and concerns, and printed out take home info for me! SUPER IMPRESSIVE!

I'd just like to state how well my visit went with Brooke Snow, NP. I can't remember, if ever, that I've had a medical professional listen and care as much as she seemed to. I do my best to stay away from doctors offices, but when I do show up it's nice to be treated as well as I was during this visit.
