I arrived 1/2 an hour early to my appointment and was taken back right away. Did wait a little bit for my provider but not too long. Dr. Ford took her time answering my questions. I didn't feel rushed and left my appointment with all my questions answered.

It was a pleasure being back with Dr Ford. I had changed insurance from SCAN Classic to SCAN Embrace and after only one month I couldn't wait to change back to SCAN CLASIC. I missed the care and familiarity I had with Dr Ford and her office staff. Changing plans was a BIG MISTAKE. The level of care I received with SCAN EMBRACE wasn't the same as that Dr Ford providedI didn't know them and they didn't know me. Dr Ford talks to me and explains and answers my concerns ALWAYS. Dr. Anne Ford always seems to "take time to listen". You'd think every doctor does this, but it's actually pretty rare. I feel she focus on the patient - hears what's behind what the patient is trying to convey, then prompts the patient with additional, pertinent questions seeking greater depths of information, resulting in deeper understanding. It's almost like visiting with a longtime friend, sharing the intimate details of your life and health. You feel she'll hear your deepest secrets and never judge you, but offer help and suggestions to improve things, making your life better- putting you back on track.
