I filled out an online health questionnaire that was emailed to me, but Ms. Oshiro said she never received it.

Many times I use the patient portal to communicate health issues and I get the responses I need as soon as the doctor is able. Great communication tool.

Heather was very kind. She listened to my concerns and helped me find answers to my concerns.

I liked that the X-ray office is in the same location. I was able to finish my appointment, go get the x-rays I needed, all at once.

Heather did a great job of listening to, asking questions, made good recommendations, etc.

Heather Oshiro was amazing. She listened intently, took my concerns seriously and ordered tests which she accessed incredibly quickly for me. I was over the top impressed with her intellect, bedside manner and even more importantly her follow up. While she marked referrals urgently she had her assistant follow up and I fact the ultrasound she wanted done was completed that afternoon thanks to her and her assistant. Providence is fortunate to have this young woman working for them. She is amazing

Heather is always helpful, professional and a pure delight the few times I have seen her.

She was able to see me right away, accessed the situation, consulted with Dr Ngo on my concern & returned a call same day after getting me an appointment next day with my Dermatology office upstairs. This Is how healthcare should be connected.She was awesome!

Have always had great service at this office and have been very satisfied with the care I have received, this time I kinda felt like I was being rushed through or maybe it was thought that I just had something that didn't really need a doctor's attention

Everyone is always kind and courteous, never a long wait, clean, doctor listens to my questions or concerns and gives good feedback.

The physician seemed very distant once she discovered I had Covid. She said it was because she had a little one at home. It made me feel very uncomfortable. While, I was feeling ill.

The dr seemed to take everything I said seriously and I was impressed with the fact she referred me to a specialist since my problem had been going on off and on a number of years.

Wish I could of seen my regular doctor but she was helpful and listened to what I had to say

As I have diabetes and on dialysis it was very important that I see a medical person to assess pain on my foot right away, so I was very grateful that I was able to get in that afternoon to get a medical opinion, and get treatment. I had an injury that I went to hospital ER to address. They said to go to my primary care 2 days later to re-bandage. There was nothing available but several people went the extra mile to get me in. I was very grateful

This is the first time we have seen Dr. Oshiro. She is obviously very intelligent, caring, and empathetic. Prior to our visit, she had definitely looked up my records and was familiar with my past and recent care. The antibiotics that she prescribed for my issue are working flawlessly. Thank you Dr. Oshiro.
