As I have diabetes and on dialysis it was very important that I see a medical person to assess pain on my foot right away, so I was very grateful that I was able to get in that afternoon to get a medical opinion, and get treatment. Thanks to phone scheduler who understood my need and to Heather Oshiro for assessing situation and providing appropriate care.

I had an injury that I went to hospital ER to address. They said to go to my primary care 2 days later to re-bandage. There was nothing available but several people went the extra mile to get me in. I was very grateful

This is the first time we have seen Dr. Oshiro. She is obviously very intelligent, caring, and empathetic. Prior to our visit, she had definitely looked up my records and was familiar with my past and recent care. The antibiotics that she prescribed for my issue are working flawlessly. Thank you Dr. Oshiro.

This provider was very informative, courteus, informative, kind and thorough andGot me in for some needed testing that same day I woud definately ask for her at another time when If my regular provider was not available.

This was a video visit, first one I have ever had. Needed to see someone and Dr. Ford didn't have an availability therefore saw her PA. Did get good advice and PT referral.
