DURING THIS VISIT, THE PROVIDER AND I NEVER ARRIVED AT WHAT I WAS TRYING TO COMMUNICATE AND THE ENTIRE VISIT WAS PAPERWORK RELATED. MY HEALTH CARE REQUIREMENTS CONTINUE UNADDRESSED, OR ADDRESSED IN INEFFECTIVE WAYS.

This was my first time seeing this provider. She was very professional and helpful in answering questions I had about my health.

My original appt was with DR Larbah made months in advance. She was unavailable and I took a chance on this provider but the appt was pointless/ waste of time. She seemed very new? She didnt answer anything that I didnt already know myself. I dont feel she was thorough or knowledgeable for my 8 year old's wellness check.

This was the first time I saw Jennifer and I was extremely pleased with her care.

PA Fuentes ordered a urine test + Culture. She also referred me to euro gynecologist for the urinary province I can experiencing. I felt she took the necessary steps to address my condition. Good experience.

I did get some meds to help with my issues this time.

I woke up with conjunctivitis and a sinus infection. I called Monday morning and was able to get a 10 AM appointment with Jennifer. She listened to my concerns and was able to give me the medication I needed. It was a very positive experience.

If you hand out gold stars to your PA's then you need to give Jennifer Fuentes at least 100. She is absolutely top notch. She was very kind and caring and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I was lucky to get in to see Jennifer Fuentes due to a sinus infection that wouldn't clear up. My regular doctor and physician's assistant weren't available, and I was pleased to be able to see Jennifer. Very much appreciated her help.
