The nurse who took my vital signs and asked me preliminary questions was gentle and attentive. My total visit was very pleasant.

I was fortunate to be referred to my dermatologist, and got an appointment with her for the next week (tomorrow :-)

I wanted provider to explain how many hours my daughter needs to sleep every night to my daughter. She asked what time she needs to wake up for school, and I answered she wakes up at 7:30am. Provider said she needs at least 8 hours of sleep and counted backwards. She said to sleep at least by 10:30pm every night. Children need more than 8 hours of sleep?I was thrown off by her answer. I also felt the provider did not have good eye contact and it made me a little uncomfortable. She kept staring at my nails, my shirt, somewhere else while I was talking to her. Maybe that's just how she is but it was a little off putting to me. Other than these incidents, she was nice/friendly, and prompt.

I have always appreciated the timely office visits for any and all my medical issues with my general practitioner or a PA in his absence.

I'd like to see my POP more often instead of the NP or PA. However, these folks and the Nurse on duty are always pleasant and helpful.

From front desk to the inside health & medical care providers, they are all doing their jobs quietly, naturally, well. I have no problem with them. This hospital is performing beyond expectations.

The woman who checked me in was one of the friendliest people I've met in my life. I forgot her first name but she's also a Fuentes. She was awesome. The woman who gave me my EKG was also super friendly and kind. It's hard to imagine a more comfortable experience from the receptionists to the doctor (nurse practitioner). It was one of the best experiences I've had at the doctor's office

I had an event that happened my job. One of the doctors had seen me and recommended that I had see my provider. I'm 56 years old and the NP if I was still menstruating. She also wasn't aware that I had a gastric sleep performed. Right there I knew she didn't review my medical HX . The lab I had done at my job showed slight anemia and she indicated that I just need to take more iron and that she believes I have vertigo and Gi consult. She ordered more lab work, which I messaged her that I would have done the following day. No one has ever reached out regarding the results of the lab work . I showed the provider with employer which she looked at the lab results and it indicated that I'm anemic due to lack of iron. My iron is extremely low. That provider suggested that I see a hematologist which I have an appointment next week. I'm very disappointed in the service that I received. NP never reached out to me to go over labs . The same provider at my job recommended a hematologist which the NP did not do since she never followed up with me to go over results. It's also been mentioned by the provider at my employer that Iron Infusion are highly recommended. I fell the Np was in a slight rush and I do understand due to the time appointment was scheduled but not to follow up on a pt that is dizzy had something happen at work and their referring me to go to my pcp . Not even an ekg was mentioned. I'm so disappointed by this appointment and i'm sure if I wasn't trying to get answers and thank God I work at a hospital myself what may had the outcome been for someone else ..

Jennifer is knowledgeable professional. She can expanded somethings easily to understand and answered questions with experiences. She is very outstanding.

This provider was my first time meeting her she was not pleasant she did not really listen to my need's at the time when I was talking to her. She seemed in a hurry like did not care I would not like to see her again. I do not recommend her to any friends or Family. This visit was very poor

Jen was wonderful and helpful. The only thing I wish she would've approved would be the Cortizone shots for my back. I think that's necessary and I still would like to have it.

I had a good visit. I received a thorough check up.

First time I have seen Jennifer, I was impressed with her. She had a very nice bed side manner and was very patient with me and took her time with me.

I called on a Monday morning. I got an appointment for later that day, I was shocked to be seen so soon and greatly appreciative that I didn't have to go to Urgent Care.

The NP was friendly but didn't seem to concern or didn't understand what I explain about the pain I was feeling . I've been seen before for the same pain but now the pain is a lot harder & more area on my body .

She was concerned about my pain issue and gave good advice to help my issue.

Everyone I came in contact with wat professional, courteous and compassionate. I reached out to my primary physical by message. He had no appointments available, but his office reached out to me immediately and set me up the same day to see someone else. Nurse Practitioner Fuentes listened to my issue, discussed my options and came up with a course of action to help me. She was wonderful!

Jennifer took the time to listen to me and appeared to take interest into my concerns. It was nice for somebody that feels like a friend who wants to help support and not a number to push thru the mill. Get attentiveness was outstanding

Always says take lab tests

1st visit with Jenifer Fuentes. Found her personable, good listener and aware of my situation.

My normal GP was booked for 1.5 months away, so getting to see this provider was key as my shoulder was in pain. Great service from this provider.

Provider heard concerns but she did not provide more information or recommend me seeing a specialist after mentioning a history of fibroids in uterus. Blood work came elevated in some areas but did not recommend doing blood work in the a future.
