I can say that the almost 20 years Dr. Giglio has been my primary, he has always exceeded many of your doctors with his care of me. I rarely see him as there is no no need but when I was in crisis this past year and a half, he has been a rock. He and I had an patient to doctor talk about my symptoms we solved a mystery that a staten medication another doctor put me on was the causing the issue. Took me off of it, 6 months later Cholesterol normal. I will never leave Dr. Giglio as long as he is In practice, as a family practice doctor. Dr. Giglio Is an exceptional Doctor and care giver.

Dr Gigglio is an excellent doctor and I feel confident with him. However he is always so RUSHED that most of his time is on the computer checking records and typing answers to questions. Unless he is listening to our hearts there is no physical contact as he used to do. Shake hands, touch on a shoulder, a reassuring smile. He is very overbooked and hurried. Getting an appointment to see him is almost impossible without a long wait - although his PA and nurse are good, sometimes the doctor needs to be present. Again he is an excellent doctor, but scheduled beyond belief.

Since Providence has taken over enough time is not allowed for visits. My Wellness visit was down for 20 minutes. That is too short a time and Dr. Giglio seemed pushed. Almost seemed like the doctors have a daily quota they must make.

Dr. Giglio caught my leukemia on a routine blood test. I will be forever grateful to him for that.

Unbelievable service from Dr. Giglio and the front desk. My primary doctor did not have an opening so they redirected me to Dr Giglio who had an opening. I had a severe case of epididmytis. He ordered an ultrasound for me. Later, he left me a voicemail about my ultrasound results. He also updated my MyChart. Dr. Giglio is a true professional! .

My PCP is doctor Ann Ford. However, when she is unavailable. I usually book with doctor Mark Giglio. Dr. Giglio and Dr. Ford Always treat my medical needs with the highest of concerns. During one of my physicals, the doctor Giglio. He asked me about my family history. I was rather embarrassed to tell him that I didn't know my father, so I don't know much about my family medical history. The then replied I want to order a few different test so you can have a baseline of your history. Being a father of three daughters, I would like to more about my medical history but was afraid to share that Information without feeling embarrassed. That act of care shown by Dr. Giglio actually brought me to tears. I appreciate him, his kindness and his care for my overall health and well being.

I called with an emergency situation. My regular doctor, Anne Ford, was is available. I got an emergency appointment with Dr Mark Giglio. After examining me, Dr. Giglio performed minor surgery on an abscess effecting my left leg. During the procedure, he took a sample for culture. He prescribed antibiotic to make sure all the Infecting bacteria were killed off.I was/am deeply grateful for the actions of the entire staff ... Working me into their schedule, treating my abscess immediately, and follow up care ...went into office the following day to have the packing removed/replaced. A well trained / coordinated group, an effective team. I was very impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Giglio and staff. A 10+ experience from beginning to end.
