Dr. Giglio always responds in a timely manner to questions on My Chart. He documents the essential information and provides a copy of the examination report to me. My chart alerts me when I have a message, such as results of blood and other tests.

You cannot get better care anywhere else compared to Dr. Giglio.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Giglio providing a pre op physical for what appeared to be emergency eye surgery to reduce intraocular pressure in my left eye. He and his staff were able to squeeze me in and had all the test results documented and sent. I found using the MyChart app to communicate with Dr. Giglio and his support staff to be one of the best ways to get things accomplished in a timely manner. I feel privileged to have Dr. Giglio as my primary physician because he cares, is attentive to his patient's needs, is never abrupt, and sends interpretations of test results quickly. In addition, he has a good sense of humor! St. Jude is fortunate to have him as one of their physicians!!

Usually I rate Dr. Giglio a "10" accross the board. Three years ago during an annual physical he found skin cancer on my back. This year during the he seemed distracted. The exam this year wasn't as thourogh as he had been in the past. He didn't check for skin cancer and he didn't check my prostate. But I will continue to see him. I wish the had given him more time to do my annual physical.
