My heart rate was so high the doctor did an ekg. She was afraid I would have a stroke so she called and ambulance and sent me to the hospital. She is a wonderful doctor who is very proactive with my health. She doesn't leave anything to question. I am so lucky to have such wonderful care

Dr. Mires is excellent. She listens, she explains things well and I don't feel like I'm being rushed. Both she and her staff seem to genuinely care about my concerns and providing quality care. My only issue is that it's hard to get a timely in-person appointment. I feel like I got really lucky that something was available right away. However, had I not taken that next-day appointment, I would have had to wait two months for a physical. I am guessing she is busy because she is a good doctor.

I like going here because always they're taking time to help me if I have some questions.

The support team ( nurse, nurse practitioner, etc.) that weigh you, get you into a room, take your vitals, prep the paperwork, follow up on the doctor's wishes are also outstanding and should receive the highest marks as well.

I am filling this survey out for my elderly mother. My brother and I are her caregivers and I am her executer. My brother stated that on this visit he attended with her. They had to wait in the room for over an hour for the Dr. Mires to come in. We were told that we had to make this appointment for My mom [Name(s)] to refill a prescription. Nobody seemed to know what medication needed to be refilled and we were not told at the time we were told to make an appointment. The doctor seemed unsure of medication my mom takes. We are aware that with dementia my mom gets things confused, but we counted on the office knowing the information. We are trying to fill in the blanks of her medication and which ones she should be taking. We were very disappointed at this visit. She will be seen again in another week and a half and I hope the office is better organized at that time.

Requested A referral to gastroenterologist because I've been having extra heartburn that doesn't go away with the medicine that I was prescribed. Dr. Mires arranged for the referral. She also talked to me about pain medication if I wanted to go that route, but told me that would probably cause more heartburn. I decided not to take the medication. As an alternative, she recommended. I wear a ACE type Apparatusunder the elbow on my forearm. She took the time to pull up pictures of the type of apparatus that I should buy and suggested where to purchase the item. Dr. Mires is a very good provider overall. It was an inconvenience to wait 40 minutes to see her. However, I appreciate the time she spent with me and not rush through my appointment.

Dr Mires was fantastic. I usually see Dr. Shah but I was ill and he couldn't get me in. She finally helped me get well listening to all my symptoms. I had been sick for 5 weeks and she ordered all the necessary test. Urgent care in your system is worthless. Miss diagnosed me completely.
