I have been seeing Penney for many years, and she has gotten more and more popular, so I made it a point to schedule my physical well in advance. I have been seeing Lauren Magdalena who is new, but very good. She asks good questions provides appropriate treatment.

Great experience. I asked for a referral to say orthopedic surgeon regarding hip pain. I also asked for a referral for PT regarding dizziness. I was given a referral for both issues. Penny, NP is not my primary practitioner but I always ask for her when an "illness" comes up. She is the best. I am pretty loyal & really like my primary doc but I like her so much & will probably start asking for her more & more.

I needed pre-op clearance right away for eye surgery at another provider. They were able to get me in the same day, I was really shocked!

Very good was seen quickly after I. Phoned regarding my problem I was sent to have a sonogram in case of blood clot I was phoned with results asap which I was very grateful so I was nervous about results. Penny Macabenta also had return for follow up during same week again grateful de is very patient, knowlegablel, and thorough.

I have always appreciated my visit for care with this provider.

Waiting time was almost an hour. I was there for a hour and a half. She is good and concise but seems to have lack of time in seeing me. I presumed she has too many patients to see. Made a referral that I think was actually needed since I have made the same complaint to my primary doctor who did nothing about it.

My household has seen Penny and she Is aways attentive and makes us feel heard.
