The provider was very thorough and knowledgeable. I think maybe sometimes providers could just be a little bit more empathetic about patients having to retell about difficult circumstances or medical issues (having gone through a miscarriage so recently). It's so easy to get numb to it all because I know they hear it all the time. But honestly, she was amazing and provided me with great care!

Dr Lee was the best. She listened to me, took her time and kept in contact with me. I had various medications prescribed and she was very thorough and explaining how everything would work. I am so happy to have met her and I am happy she is my new doctor. Her staff are very nice as well.

I felt like a number with this new Doctor. I was not comfortable with her and she made no eye contact. I know it was just an annual check up but I still had questions. I would like a different Dr.I will call and ask.

Uses her phone for notes during appointments. I've never had a physician do this and don't really understand. It feels as though I am being recorded sometimes, I am unfamiliar with this practice. I do not believe she has bad intentions but it is strange to me.

Towards the end of this visit, I mentioned an ongoing problem with dizziness (which I had previously/repeatedly mentioned to other doctors (and which previously had been ignored.) Dr. S. Lee immediately reexamined me, preformed an Epley maneuver, prescribed Meclizine for the dizziness, and ordered an evaluation/treatment at CFM CRW Neuro and Balance/Vestib - AMB Referral. Finally, someone heard me and acted accordingly.

Thanks Dr. Lee for taking me on as a new patient after Dr Duke retired. I like the way that you explain things and really listen and follow up with referrals as needed. I appreciated you getting me right in on September [Date], for my bout of diverticulitis I certainly did not want to go the weekend filling the way I was. Dr. Lee is my new provider since Dr. Duke retired in June. This was what she called an establishing visit and I also neededAm ex-ray on my back. She seemed very nice and capable.

This was my first Lee, she was able to look up my history and we discussed my conditions. I was happy with her. I look forward to working with her in the future for my healthcare needs.

Due to mobility issues, I could not attend the appointment in person, but Dr. Lee was able to understand my need for medication for a severe cough and sinus drainage. My blood pressure was normal and did not have fever with this virus I have received an RSV shot and still muddling through.
