This was my first time visit and switched over from pih to providence was very pleased with my experience and loved my Dr , I'm so glad the receptionist who helped with my appointment suggested her . Dr Park listen to my concerns.

My appointment was for my yearly exam, I'm a senior and diabetic. Dr Park went over my blood tests results and my general health in clear detail. She answered all my questions and gave me a referral for a hearing test as I requested. I was also given my flu shot which was very helpful. My visit with Dr. Park was very thorough and personable. I truly appreciate the level of care I received.

(I'm scheduled for a total knee replacement August [Date]) I did see an orthopedic surgeon at UCI Monday, but unfortunately my insurance has not yet responded to Dr. Park's request.

I speak to English not very well, So DR Park speak to Korean has no problem but I'm confused communication with nurse If possible speak to Korean translate Hospital than many Korean people join to Providence. There is a problem with our community language

The fastest i've been checked in and called! There was also minimal wait time to see the Doctor once I was in the room. Everyone was on it and Dr. Park was amazing!

Making an appointment was OK over the phone. Front desk person was perfect. Doctor was essentially perfect.A medical office, especially a family medical practice ran by Providence that doesn't provide lab services? That is very odd. I was fasting in anticipation of needing to do blood work only to be told they don't do it anymore since last year. I was advised to make an appt separately with Labcorp next year. One of main main reasons I chose a big hospital system for my primary care is because they have on-site lab.

In advance of my appointment, my care provider made sure that she checked not only my records to be familiar with my medical circumstances, but also test or procedures that she had suggested and whether or not I had had them and discuss those with me in addition to my focus, which was on an injury, I sustained while on vacation She was supportive of the appointment. I made also to see my acupuncturist in regard to the injury and she listened attentively and gave specific and direct feedback that was helpful.

She was very thoughtful and kind during a vulnerable moment.

This was my first visit with Dr. Park. I have been a patient of Dr. Alexandra Duke's for the past 15 years. Now that she has retired I did considerable research and decided to consult with Dr. Park. Dr. Park is excellent. She was familiar with my medical history, had excellent suggestions for me, showed great professionalism, knowledge of latest medical findings and was extremely warm. I am confident that Dr. Park will remain my Primary Physician.

I left my previous Dr due to poor service, no communication when I reached out to them. We are pleased with Dr Parks and staff. This was my first visit as a new patient and received more care in this one visit than I have for the past 2 years. Her office was nice and welcoming. We especially are Impressed that what she said she was going to do, she did. I received my labs order In my chart, both referrals she got for me already. We are thanking God we switched to Dr Parks!

Dr. Park listened carefully to my concerns regarding and inflamed #2 toe. We had a useful conversation regarding the next steps including an Xray done on that same visit. After my visit and Xray, I received the referral letter to see my previous rheumatologist, Dr. Jay Kim, because it had been a long while since my last visit with him. This was very efficient.

I went online and requested an appointment because I had been to Urgent Care twice in two months (for bronchitis, etc.). That doctor told me to see my Primary Care Doctor in a week for a follow up appointment. Dr. Park is not my usual Primary Care Doctor; but she was absolutely wonderful. She patiently listened to my story and answered all my questions. I had asked for some way to increase my immunity and to review my current medications. She had reviewed my immunizations and medications; and she reviewed my most recent blood work. She went through each medication and vitamins that I am taking. She told me my immunity was good; but that my Methotrexate medication was an immunity suppressant, and that I should speak to my other doctor (RA doctor). I knew this, of course; but I will contact him to see what can be done... Dr. Park was very easy to talk to and I would definitely go to her again. She asked me what the first symptom was that I had; it was a sore throat. She told me to gargle with salt water right away to see if we can "knock it out before it gets worse". I will absolutely do this if I get a sore throat again! Thank you.
