The doctor seems capable and was kind. She is intelligent. However there was a lack of providing substantial or helpful answers and she forgot a couple tasks.

Aside from waiting about 45 mins past my appointment time, my care provider took the time to hear what I had to say and came up with a game plan for me and has communicated with me along the way. I appreciate that in my care provider.

One clerk/nurse provided me water and asked if I needed her to stay which was very sweet. Dr. Mane was attentive and seemed very caring about my concerns. Another clerk/nurse took some time to take my vitals but nothing too crazy.

My care provider was very informative and respectful in my care. I felt heard on my healthcare decisions and concerns. Answered all of the questions I had and made a healthcare plan together.

Quick and easy, comfortable waiting room, excellent desk staff. Dr. Aleksanyan listened and spent a lot of time talking through a couple concerns. Parking is close and good but expensive.

Listens to my concerns and gave me instructions for scenarios.Told me what to do in order to improve y health based one lab results.

I'll continue to come back to Facey Medical Group because of the detailed care every doctor and physical have given me.

This last time I saw my provider I felt heard by her. She took her time and valued my physical concerns. Definitely it was a different and better experience Dr's appointment.

Facey Is the best medical group I've ever been with

Everyone was very friendly and made the check up process easy. Also took my mom to get a check up and they also help her as soon as possible and she also had a positive experience. She usually scared of check up. Big thank you to everyone there.

They got me in for a pre-op appointment in a very timely manner. Because of this I was able to have my surgery. Very grateful
