Andrew is a excellent Dr. He takes the time to listen and answer all of my questions. There should be a required course where incoming doctors shadow him to learn the perfect way to treat patients.

Dr U and Team are fabulous from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave the building (including the lab techs), I'm always treated with respect, patience and kindness. My ONLY complaint is the appointment process. It should be as easy on the phone as it is at the actual visit but it's not. Improving the appointment process over the phone is a must. Other than that, I'm a very happy patient. Thank you.

Dr Andrew Ugurian was great, he was very knowledgeable and nice. The receptions desk was also great and helpful. Very little wait time for my appointment and I plan to stick to this office and provider for my future medical needs.

My doctor is the BEST

I am 59 years old and until the age of 54, when I met Dr. Ugurian, I had a terrible case of white coat syndrome. Dr. Ugurian has seen me through a difficult diagnosis and has encouraged me to advocate for myself. He listens to me and I know he cares about me. We talk at length about my condition and he is always willing to listen to all of my concerns. I am very comfortable communicating with Dr. Ugurian via phone and email. And I believe he is also comfortable in telling me his opinion. He makes me feel as though I am an integral and valuable part of my own medical team. He is truly an asset to Facey medical group. Additionally, I am always treated with respect by the front desk, the people in the lab, and the people on the internal medicine floor. I do think that the online pharmacy could be run more efficiently, but I don't know that that is what I am being asked about. I do recommend Dr. Ugurian to friends and family.

This appointment was to establish care with this doctor. I chose him because I'd previously seen him for a pre-op visit 2 years ago and liked his bedside manner. That is very important to me. After this visit I know I made the right choice for me.

My health is coordinated with several drs and they all share my info so I am getting all the care I need and am comfortable.

Dr. Ugarian always takes the time to listen to all you have to say and help you beat he can. Dr. Ugarian thought about my needs after I left, decided I could use an additional medication for my affliction, sent the medication to my pharmacist and sent me a message via "My Chart" for me to review. Who does that?! I was very impressed, appreciative, and pleased by his actions.
