My doctor is very smart and asks me questions about how my life is going and always encourages me to follow through with my tests.

Strangest visit I've ever had. First words from doctor upon entering room: "I'm not going to shake your hand." Then after hearing a little about my shoulder pain, suggested it is just in my head and wrote down on a literal paper towel the recommendation for a book to go read.

My Doctor is very professional and caring! And not treated as a #. He is very friendly and listens to every detail and checks the issues! That's why I keep coming back to him! Thank you for having him on the team.

This was my initial visit after changing providers. Facey made the process seamless & is counting the care for various conditions I had prior to the change. Prescriptions were transferred without issue as well

Very good, but I do believe that treating my varicose veins would be helpful for my blood pressure.

My PCP had to leave for an emergency and I was able to get in to see Dr Partovi 40 mins after my original appointment. He has taken over my care as my PCP was from my understanding about to go into labor or having complications. Dr Partovi was amazing. He took the time to discuss my concerns and get a full understanding of the situation. I left feeling better about my situation.

Wait time is always minimal if ever. I find the responsiveness and professionalism better than any other insurance I have had.

I was given an appointment for a knee injury the same day I called in! Amazing. Although the wait was longer than normal, I used the time to research my injury which made the appointment very productive. Dr. Partovi was very knowledgeable and conducted an extremely thorough examination. I've added him to my list of Facey excellent physicians!
