I was disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by this provider. She did not communicate effectively or respectfully during our visit, and I felt that my concerns were not heard or addressed. Her tone and language were not appropriate for a clinical setting, and I did not feel supported or understood. Based on this experience, I question whether she possesses the interpersonal skills necessary for patient care.

Dr Ekejuba always makes me comfortable during my check ups.. She explained everything thoroughly and I always feels that her priorities is whatever is best for me health wise

I respect her decisions for my care. She addresses all my questions and concerns regarding my health and wellness. She is also proactive in reviewing my cart and discussing my follow-up appointments for imaging, shots, etc.

It's not like long go to have to go in and sit down, and the doctor will go through everything with you for the result. Tell what is right and wrong. Now it posts online, and you have to guess what you have to do. That's what I don't like. I like a personal visit when the doctor talk to you.

Dr. Jane is an awesome physician care provider. In person we went over the lab results, as usual, and discussed concerns and questions regarding my health journey. I really appreciate her care.

Next visit &lab work before next visit, Dignity, Respect, gave forms for Afvance Directive & what it means how to complete/return forms. After vist care, lab work forms to be completed at least 1 week before check-up if need a visit before next visit call schedule appt, virtual care =visit, access to Dr use of computer number to call if need to re- schedule F/up appt very satisfied

The overall experience was great as always but the reason for my visit was a follow up from urgent care. I had To wait almost 3 weeks for an appointment.
