Dr. Murayama is a great doctor & an excellent Essex to providence. We as patients could not have asked for a better physician. I am so grateful to Dr. Murayama for the quality care he gives my husband & I.

The doctor was very informative, thoughtful & answered all questions His staff was just as great. I am impressed with this office.

Dr Maruyama was extremely helpful and very caring. He showed compassion and respect for the reason why I was there to see him. He is very knowledgeable and helped me adjust my medication to what I needed. He also made it easy for me to follow up with him and message him if I needed to for any questions or follow ups. I am so glad I found him and would recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Murayama was great. This was my first time seeing him and establishing care as my Primary Care Doctor. I came in with specific questions about a health issue I wanted to address. He listened to me, he shared his experience with me, we discussed the situation, and we hit the ground running doing what needed to be done to get things going. He was very educated on the topic, was very respectful and made me feel at ease. I felt very cared for, heard, understood, and valued during the entire interaction. He didn't make me feel embarrassed, self conscious, or bad about why I was there either, which were some of my fears about seeing a doctor in the first place. He was very professional and personable. The Doctor set up some bloodwork for me, as well as quickly setting me up with a referral for some PT for a separate health issue that was not the main reason I came in. I am glad I chose to see Dr. Murayama.

As I was unaware of what a "DO" is, I researched; I appreciated Dr. Murayama's approach and style of care.

The lady in front is always smiling and courteous as ever. Nurse was pleasant and Dr. Murayama is knowledgeable, and has always been thorough in explaining the details of the visit.

I had to switch primary care providers since my previous provider retired. Dr. Murayama fit me into to the schedule so I could get a prescription refill right away. He and the office staff were great.

I've only had this doctor for a month and a half I like him he's interesting he has good answers to all my questions and you makes me feel I can trust him and I like him a lot and I gladly go back and see him again

New patient appointments are booked months in advance which makes it difficult to see a doctor. First operator did not mention to try calling again for cancellations for an earlier appointment. My wife called back to schedule an appointment and was given an earlier date than me even though I called weeks before. I had a health concern while she did not. The 2nd operator was able to change my appointment to the earlier one thankfully. After booking the initial new patient appointments. The following appointments were quickly and seamless. Dr. Murayama answered all my questions, was very thorough, knowledgeable, respectful and addressed my concerns. Clinic staff was courteous and efficient. Appreciated that they honored the appointment time and was seen promptly. Great experience as a new patient
