This physician lacks the most important element of being a doctor, caring for your patients and following up on major issues that are brought up to you in a timely fashion. When a patient calls with an urgent question and the staff reach out to the physician, it is the physician's responsibility to follow up in a timely manner and not make excuses for being non-responsive. I will never accept another appointment for this physician.

Dr Murayama was attentive and willing to listen and explain. The referrals were input, and then my insurance denied what my Dr and Hospital staff requested

I met Dr. Matthew R. Murayama while looking for a new primary care physician. He was very professional and polite from the start, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring. Because of that, I chose him as my primary care physician.

I was looking for a new PCP and I believe found him. Dr. Murayama was attentive, informative and answered all my questions. He asked all the right questions and provided very thorough explanations regarding my health. I left the office with my concerns answered, lab work to be done and a follow up appointment in one month. Overall, appt was easy to schedule, check in process was quick and the front desk staff were friendly, wait time to see doctor was quick and Dr. Murayama took his time to answer my questions and asked questions about my concerns and understanding my health history. I really appreciated not feeling rush. Thanks.

Love Dr. Murayama and have transferred my husband to him too. The reception staff out front are amazing and warm. Nurse Is also respectful and friendly.

Dr. Murayama was great. This was my first time seeing him and establishing care as my Primary Care Doctor. I came in with specific questions about a health issue I wanted to address. He listened to me, he shared his experience with me, we discussed the situation, and we hit the ground running doing what needed to be done to get things going. He was very educated on the topic, was very respectful and made me feel at ease. I felt very cared for, heard, understood, and valued during the entire interaction. He didn't make me feel embarrassed, self conscious, or bad about why I was there either, which were some of my fears about seeing a doctor in the first place. He was very professional and personable. The Doctor set up some bloodwork for me, as well as quickly setting me up with a referral for some PT for a separate health issue that was not the main reason I came in. I am glad I chose to see Dr. Murayama.

As I was unaware of what a "DO" is, I researched; I appreciated Dr. Murayama's approach and style of care.
