I am concerned about my privacy in relation to this survey. I ask that this is respected. Perhaps my misunderstanding comparing check ups to past. I went for what I assumed was a physical I never removed my shirt, no one listened to my heart, no check of any skin related issues, nothing mentioned about my anxiety. I have inflammation indicated in previous blood tests statins make it worse. At times, I stop taking them. I was told I was a walking time bomb.

Dr. Aaron Lin is an excellent physician. I am lucky to have him for my primary care doctor.

Dr Lin is THE BEST, he is patient, answers questions with concern and respect, Addresses my needs quickly and explains in detail what treatment is needed for my health issues, gives referrals with specialists quickly so my insurance so my insurance can approve treatment quickly. Dr Lin also processes any prescription medication immediately. I am thankful to have such a great Doctor!!!

Making an appointment was easy and quick. My provider is really great, and the nurse who did the screening was very efficient and understanding. As a suggestion, I prefer to email my provider, but that option did not seem to be available on the app, and there was no information about how I might be able to reach out to my doctor other than calling.

The doctors and staff are very considerate, especially the doctor, who is very responsible and patiently listened to my description and experience before giving me solutions and results. The clinic environment is also very good, very clean and beautiful. I like it very much!

My blood work was given to me on email....looked at it and made no sense to me. Dr. Lyn found spot on outside of ear and I am going on March [Date] to get a biopsy and will ask him to go over blood panel work results.

The wellness exam should be more thorough and longer. Exam with this doctor was done in less than 7 minutes with mostly wellness questions and listening to heart and lungs.
