While Dr. Lee is not my PCP, I have seen a couple times before. My wife & I like him very much, we trust him. We appreciate his patience, respect and care.

I do not get timely feedback on the portal. I feel like a nag, sending more than 1 email. It says to give them 3 days, but if I just wait it can be over a week or never that I get a response. If I don't ask, nothing is said about my test results. However, when I wrote in the portal that I was concerned about something and wanted to know what was going on, Dr. Lee called me the next morning and I was very grateful. My opinion of him went up.

My regular physician is Douglas Starr. He has always been extremely professional, wise, friendly and caring. I would not see another doctor unless he is unavailable, which was the case for my visit with Dr. Lee. The survey was not just because I have only see Dr. Lee this one time. He was also, very professional and caring. I have been a patient of St. Jude's for over 20 years and I love them!I find the new offices a bit intimidating and large! Next time I will bring my skateboard to get down the hall. LOL

Dr. Lee was very professional and helpful regarding my knee pain. He provided me with options and referred me to another PT clinic since the St. Jude PT was scheduling 2 to 3 weeks out. I have an appointment this coming Friday. One week from his referral. Dr. Lee is great!!!

Dr Lee explained the progression of the treatment that is needed my medical condition. The physical therapy is usually the first step and needs to be continued to see progress. He will discuss with me the next step if there is no progress, like doing MRI to determine if surgery is needed.
