She was EXCELLENT! She was not in a rush, LISTENED TO ME. Discussed health issues under the current circumstances where life is more difficult to survive including the stress of the current economy, HIGH PRICES ON FOOD, GAS, HEALTHCARE ETC cause me to experience extremely high levels of stress, anxiety, depression. This nice lady understood, listening to me intensely and then providing me with ways to help bring down the stress levels naturally while also upping my blood pressure medication that I needed before I STROKE OUT! She showed concern and empathy to what I am feeling. I will DEFINITELY request to be seen by her if she is available. I give her a score (11 out of 1-10) and two thumbs up !

She seemed aggravated at me I'm a talker especially when I'm around someone like her with no pleasant personality I felt like I burdened her she was not friendly or compassionate what so I'd never see her again

Went in with a back ache and when the doctor found out that I had seen a surgeon recently because of a possible future surgery she wanted me to go to emergency. She spent like 3 minutes with me. I told her no since she had no clue what was going on. When I informed her that my back was in pain she said there wasn't anything she could do. She totally overreacted so I just left.

I never have a bad experience with St Jude HMG. I drive from Riverside area to keep my same MDs

PA Keli was warm, friendly, asked appropriate questions, and listened well. She examined me for a more complete understanding of my back pain. She made the referral for PT I was seeking. She also renewed an unrelated prescription, and answered concerns I had about a finger problem, as well as assisted In getting a primary care physician. I was very Impressed with the care I received.

I was in need of a new doctor and PA as my last doctor moved and PA retired. Although I didn't initially make an appointment with Keli Layton-Cunnigan, I would definitely prioritize meeting with her again. Keli was so genuine, kind, and helpful to all my needs. I felt valued, she wasn't critical of me. I get very anxious seeing medical professionals, Keli took all that stress away, I felt I was in a safe space and referrals I was scared to follow up with, she simplified and clarified that they were simple tests putting my mind to ease.
