In my opinion, she was not prepared.

Provider was very competent. Nice person.

I have been seen by Keli many times before and her bedside manner has always been great. She is cheerful, thoughtful, polite, caring, highly knowledgeable and patient.

My husband and I are both glad that we are now with this medical group. We're very pleased with the group's personnel who are all friendly, courteous, helpful, and respectful. Thank you for the excellent service you all provide us.

PA Keli was warm, friendly, asked appropriate questions, and listened well. She examined me for a more complete understanding of my back pain. She made the referral for PT I was seeking. She also renewed an unrelated prescription, and answered concerns I had about a finger problem, as well as assisted In getting a primary care physician. I was very Impressed with the care I received.

I was in need of a new doctor and PA as my last doctor moved and PA retired. Although I didn't initially make an appointment with Keli Layton-Cunnigan, I would definitely prioritize meeting with her again. Keli was so genuine, kind, and helpful to all my needs. I felt valued, she wasn't critical of me. I get very anxious seeing medical professionals, Keli took all that stress away, I felt I was in a safe space and referrals I was scared to follow up with, she simplified and clarified that they were simple tests putting my mind to ease.

I was very pleased with my care.

I very much like the doctor that I saw she was informative, but she was thorough. She spoke to me in Laymans term so that I could understand. She was very nice and understanding courteous all of the above great.

I recently had the injection for shingles and I broke with a rash. I discussed with this provider and came up with a plan on how to deal with the rash. She was very informative, answered my questions and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was very pleased with her advise.

Very happy with my doctors at the Diamond Bar branch, they are very approachable and understanding and really want to help. I do recommend responding to questions (emails/messages) on MyChart in response to their comments. Overall, I have been a patient with St. Jude Heritage for almost 40 years.
