Dr. Kim Tram meets and exceeds my expectations, always explaining my issues clearly and providing tips to help me meet my goals for better health. My primary physician was not available for a pre-op exam and I was given an appointment with Dr Kim Tran. I was concerned as I had never seen Dr Tran and thought she knew nothing about me. She quickly put me at ease with her knowledge and thoroughness. I will definitely ask for her whenever my primary physician Is unavailable.

First time seeing Dr. Tran as PCP was booked and needed to see someone right away. Dr. Tran took her time to listen to why I was there and ask all pertinent questions regarding my bronchitis. She was very very thorough in her examination. My file with St. Jude now Providence would take someone months to review. She carefully read recent records as to my visit with Urgent care where my diagnosis was provided. I was very satisfied with Dr. Tran and her help. I am starting to feel better.

Even though we often have a lot to cover In a short period of time, I never leave without feeling she has discussed all the pertinent Items for that visit. AND, If I do forget to ask her a question I know I can always ask her via a portal message. I appreciate her quick responses to my messages on the portal. I never call the office as I know going through the portal will result in a response from Dr. Tran, usually the next day.

I am new with St jude and Doctor Tran, my first visit with Doctor Tran, St Jude, and the facility was [Date] 2025, I had a medical emergency out of the country and the day before I arrived back in the states I called in to make an appointment for follow up from being in the hospital a week in Mexico, St Jude and Dr Tran received me right away and have been working with me. My mother is a patient to St Jude and highly recommend me to the facility.

I was upset that my primary care physician, Dr. J. Castro, had left the practice, but was extremely happy with the care I received from Dr. Kim Tran at my physical! She will now be my pcp!

I saw Dr Tran because Dr Rhodes not in the office and I needed to get my meds adjusted! She is a very good doctor!
