Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was called back while I was speaking to the receptionist was taken back and quickly had vitals and health concerns addressed saw the doctor was examined, followed up on health issues had questions answered got authorizations for testing and was out in 25 min.Very efficient but didn't feel rushed and left feeling heard and valued.

I have been with St. Jude for over 25 years. I Have never been disappointed with any of the providers at St. Jude.

The check in process was easy. I have completed pre check in at home already. I got called Into the exam room right after, but I was waiting in there for like 40 min. This was my first time meeting Dr. Li. She is pretty through with me and spent more time with me comparing other Dr. Perhaps not to schedule her patients that close to avoid longer waiting time.

Dr. Li and her staff were very helpful and respectful. They were very professional and actually took the time to listen to what I had to say and they immediately took action. Very well done indeed.

Dr. Lillian Li is a certified compassionate doctor. She is quiet and shy but she truly cares and wants to do the best for her patients!Really love having her at the Diamond Bar location! She is a gem that needs to be tapped into!!

Dr Li prescribed amoxicillin which caused a reaction and vomiting.

Dr. Li has been my primary for a little over a year now and unfortunately after this visit I will be changing my primary care. Her nurse mentioned that she wasn't very busy today and only had 9 patients though I wanted inside of the exam room for close to 40 minutes before she arrived. Then after talking to me for about 5, she had her nurses come in to swab me for covid, flu and strep. I received my results 20 minutes on my charts before she was any where to be seen. I had to go out of my exam room to look for her because I had waited another 35 minutes at this time. I do feel she is a nice person but unfortunately I feel there is a lack of trust when she gives me medical information. Many times, she would pull up her computer and show me what the CDC suggests and that is how she concludes her recommendation for me. It feels like I'm seeing google versus a doctor. Unfortunately, she gave me advice this time around regarding medication whilst I am over 5.5 months pregnant. She seemed unconfident and hesitant in her recommendation yet said "here is what the computer said and suggest to do" WITHOUT suggesting I reach out to my OB team. I reached out to my OB team and thank goodness I listened to my gut feeling because my OB ultimately did not recommend me to take this medication. This will be the last time I see Dr. Li as my primary. Again, I think she is very kind, I just don't trust her expertise.

Changed to Dr Lilian Li, she is young and newer then most but detailed oriented so, maybe overly causes, like her and will continue see her.

Dr Li is always kind caring and thorough with me.

Attentive & caring doctor

It was a pleasant experience. She wholeheartedly listened to what I had to say she showed empathy and concern and told me what she was gonna do for me and I was agreeable to everything so we're moving forward and I Appreciated how she was on the ball with everything. She also has a soft tone in her voice, and that helps to ease somebody with high anxiety like myself. Dr. Lee was very nice, her bedside manner is outstanding. She seems very thorough. I do appreciate her.

It was my first time with Dr. Lin and I throughly enjoyed her. It is comforting to know she is another Dr I can make appointments with.
