This was a first visit with Dr. Bachoura after many years with a different Primary Care Physician, so a relationship was just being established. Dr. Bachoura did not have the full records for [Name(s)] on this first visit, but they were requisitioned from previous the pcp, Dr. Warren Woo (now retired), and recent specialis in order to get a greater understanding of [Name(s)] previous health history. Dr. Bachoura establish immediate prescription care, scheduled new lab work with a follow-up. It was a good fact-finding visit with Dr. Bachoura establishing a good rapport with [Name(s)]

My provider treated me in good manners. I had hematuresis 3 times in one month, 50 RBC/ul. I don't have any symptoms, such as pain. I saw my provider for finding the reason of abnormal urine. My sister died from kidney cancer. I asked my provider referring me to a nephrologist. I haven't get the referral till now.

Dr. Bachoura a very knowlegeable Provider. Friendly/ spent time explaining my concerns, myself being a retired Registered Nurse with some health challenges.

Nice location and friendly people are a prime reason I like this facility.

Doctor was very patient and listened to all of my questions and concerns. He got everything addressed by the end of the appointment.

Dr Bachoura is one of the few doctors that I have had at the Diamond Bar office who genuinely seems to care about my well-being. He is responsive when I message on MyChart. Very different from my previous PCP who never responded or followed up!

This appointment with Dr. Bachoura was the first within this physician. I was dissatisfied with my previous Primary Care Physician and I have been inquiring for a new PCP at Providence and also searching for a male PCP . I chose Dr. Patrick Bachoura as my new PCP so this was my first appointment with Dr. Bachoura to familiarize with each other as patient and health provider. But this first experience on November 14 was a good experience. I intend to keep Dr. Bachoura as my Primary Care Physician.

I have had positive experiences with my providers.

The provider is my primary physician. I saw him in January for a wellness checkup. Any other times I've needed care was always with another provider. Without searching through my records, he was unaware of why I was there for a follow up visit.

My experience with Dr. Bachoura has been entirely positive. He has been courteous, patient and understanding. He has listened to my healthcare concerns and has offered the highest quality of care; the best care I've received from a primary care provider over the last thirty years. Whereas I haven't always been able to follow all of his advice because of personal circumstances, I highly value his medical opinion and advice.

I went to see Dr. Bachoura to get established as a new patient. He listened to my history and also took time to look at my neck and ordered X-rays for a pinched nerve.

Dr. Patrick Bachoura is my new Primary Care Physician, who reviewed my medications and scheduled labs.He responded with a concern about my PSA being high. Scheduled me for a more extensive PSA test and referred me to a urologist. He and the staff were professional and courteous.
