This was a follow-up appointment. I had spent the night in the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. Everything checked out fine, so there was no need to see a cardiologist or be referred to anyone else.

Was actually called back before my appointment time. Care team really came through recently to correct a pharmacy order and get me a prescription when I was almost out. I really like the app/portal thingy. It offered me a closer specialist appointment after I requested to be put on the cancelation list. Saves work for everybody.

After a visit to ER, I received a message from Laura Hall's assistance to make an appointment with Laura. This was a day after my ER visit. Laura saw me right away. I deeply appreciate her thorough visit with me and how she asked questions and listened.

All visits have been pleasant and informative. Miss Laura has access to to my health and always comes up with great ideas to add to my progress. As my health is good, we work on mental issues. Depression, anxiety, etc.

:Aura always takes the time to listen to my concerns and we discuss what course of action to take. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Test results are always provided through eloctronic chart or app. Not sure this would work for all patients. SO much easier to make an appointment with the app. Office is often running quite behind, but not this time. Yay!This provider really cares about her patients.
