I am new to this practice, 2 visits (new patient and urgent care needed and got same-day appt.). I have only good things to say. I have been treated very well. NP Hall was excellent and addressed my medical issue right away.

My doctor retired and I had this first "get to know you" appointment with Laura Hall. It went very well.

I really have found Laura to be very helpful and have chosen her to be my provider.

Laura Hall was very attentive to my concerns and comments. She assisted right away in arranging speciality follow up with other providers.This office has had too little time with provider and too long of a wait for scheduled appointments, ie 3-4 months.

Laura always takes plenty of time and addresses concerns. It doesnt feel rushed and it does feel like she thoroughly analyzes and tries to find solutions with medically backed information and explanations.

Laura Hall has always offered a very personable and informative experience.

I am not happy that this provider has not responded to a message I sent her via MyChart regarding abnormal test results from blood panel. I am also not happy with the fact that she has not responded to the imaging center regarding a CT scan that she ordered and a modification that the imaging center has requested; therefore, I am unable to get my scan appointment scheduled. I have only seen Laura Hall once, and I have had some serious health issues as of lately. I am on the fence of how I feel about this provider. As of right now, I am not real impressed.

Laura Hall has figured out what's wrong with my GI and has addressed it correctly and appropriately. She is very smart and put all information together and provided treatment that has been effective. I am so grateful to have her as my primary care provider.

This was a follow-up appointment. I had spent the night in the ER thinking I was having a heart attack. Everything checked out fine, so there was no need to see a cardiologist or be referred to anyone else.

Was actually called back before my appointment time. Care team really came through recently to correct a pharmacy order and get me a prescription when I was almost out. I really like the app/portal thingy. It offered me a closer specialist appointment after I requested to be put on the cancelation list. Saves work for everybody.
