Good talk about my concerns.

I thought PA Frasier was very knowledgeable about my case and what I was dealing with during my illness. I thought she was very polite, and she listened to my questions. I'm pretty well informed about what is going on with my health, and I I learned some things from here that I was unaware of previously. So I really appreciated her knowledge and her willingness to share that information with me. All in all, I was very happy with my appointment with her.

Robin Fraser assisted me in my self care procedures and made sure that I was following instructions properly. She and her nurse/assistant Michel, were very helpful and put me at ease about my self care procedures at home.

Robin was very attentive to my health concern. This meeting was for a consult to explore treatment provided by this part of Providence. I needed reassurance before committing to any procedure that I was in the best place for me. I felt confident the MD at this clinic would be capable of meeting my treatment concerns and have gone ahead with scheduling treatment.

Robin Fraser listened to my concerns and answered in terms that I could understand. She is one of the friendliest providers I have ever encountered. I did have to call the office after almost two weeks after my procedure to schedule a follow-up appointment, even though they stated they would call after one week.

I had an excellent visit with Robin. I saw her for a followup to my endoscopy (performed by the surgeon she works with). She answered all my questions and concerns. In addition she also discussed with me some peripheral concerns I had relating to my upper GI problems and made very helpful suggestions. She was very patient with my questions. I would give her an A+ review.

This appointment was a routine post op visit, scheduled for me conveniently by the provider staff. Provider was quick to verify my health status after surgery and answered my questions. I appreciate the efficiency inshich it was hanfled.
