It felt like my time with the him was very short. I went in for a check up as well as some other things: wart removal, loss of breath, achilies tear.All we did was the wart removal and provide me with therapy sessions. I am appreciative of those, but I figured there would be more to this visit. Maybe even adding just a check up.

This was supposed to a wellness exam. Literally all they did was take my blood pressure. This was a complete waste of my time.

Lack of empathy is making me look for another physician

We have a 25 year relationship with this Dr so I think he knows us very well.

Over the years, Dr. Christopher Aou seems to be busier and getting an immediate appointment isn't as easy as it use to be...However, when you do get to see him, he's very thorough and does not hesitate to refer you to a Specialist (if required), get all the necessary test(s) completed (if applicable) and bring you up to date with care and/or medication (moving forward); including follow ups.

Dr. Aou and his staff are always very professional and friendly, Dr. Aou has been my PCP since I go to St. Jude

This was the worst ever. I was very frustrated. There was no empathy for him being late he didn't care what I had to say literally told me I don't know. Im very upset I paid 30 dollars for a provider to be over 35 mins late and tell me I don't know

Time waiting with time spent was more than usual. He is a great doctor and because of that he is very busy. I just wish I didn't feel rushed.

Dr. Didn't seem to know why I was seeing him. Where were the notes why didn't he know. The visit was required due to the Wegovy treatment in order to continue the treatment refills.

Dr Aou is a very good physician. He listens carefully to the patient and provides his professional advises to resolve and improve your health situation. I am blessed that Dr Aou is my doctor.

I appreciated the quick response to my request for follow up on my shingles.

Dr. Aou has been my provider for over 20 years. I live in [Location] and will drive to OC because I will not change Dr.'s or see anyone else. Dr. Aou is fantastic, not only with me but with my husband as well who is also his patient. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Aou. I trust him with all medical questions and issues. I know I am 1 patient amongst many that he see's but I do feel he cares about my health and tries to recommend what is best for me. Currently he see's my husband and myself, when my boys grow out of their pediatric doctor which one will be in less than 2 years, I will have them see Dr. Aou. This is how much I trust him, he will be the provider for my family!

Dr. Aou is my PCP for years, he and his staff are always very professional and friendly. If anything I can suggest is that St Jude heritage group can make Dr. Aou more available. So far, it take me 2-3 months to make one appointment to see my PCP, Dr. Aou

Great provider but I don't like video visits

I was able to see this doctor due to him having had a cancellation I was thankful he was there and could alleviate any concern I had with the issue we discussed.

This is the first time I saw Dr. Aou. My last doctor was Dr. Benoit, but he transferred to the executive staff. But my insurance told me that Dr. Aou was my new doctor, and it's the same address that Dr. Benoit had. No change! He recommended that I get the Shingles vaccine & also that I get a tetanus shot because It was over 10 years since I got my last one. I'm very happy with Dr. Aou, and I'll see him every year for my annual check up!
